Redesigned for 2023
The previous mount was heavy, bulky, and overbuilt. Operators asked for something lighter that wouldn't add unnecessary weight to the top of the stand. The 2023 redesign cut the weight from 7 lbs down to just 2 lbs while maintaining the strength needed to securely hold foam machines during operation.

What does this mount do?
The mount is the adapter bracket that connects your foam machine to the top of the Telescoping Stand. It holds the machine securely and lets you rotate it 360° to aim foam in any direction.
Do I need both the mount and the stand?
Yes — they're separate components. The stand provides the height (tripod with telescoping pole, 42"–79"). The mount sits on top of the stand and holds your foam machine. You need both for a complete elevated setup.
Which foam machines does it fit?
The mount is designed for SurgeFX foam machines, including the Foam Blaster Maxx V2 and Foam Blaster Pro-X.
Why is it $279 for a mount?
Because this isn't a knockoff — it's the original. SurgeFX designed the 360° rotating foam machine mount that every competitor has since copied. The mount is precision-machined aluminum with a locking rotation mechanism, engineered by people who actually run foam events. It holds your machine securely at elevation through hours of operation without slipping, sagging, or shifting. The 2023 redesign cut the weight by 71% while maintaining that structural integrity. You're paying for the real thing.
Can I mount the foam machine without this?
If you're running the foam machine at ground level or on a table, you don't need the mount. This is specifically for elevating the machine on the Telescoping Stand to get height and coverage over a crowd.
How does the 360° rotation work?
The mount rotates freely until you lock it. Aim your foam machine toward the crowd, the dance floor, or the foam zone — then tighten the lock to hold that position. If you need to redirect mid-event, loosen, reposition, and lock again.
Set Your Angle Before the Event Starts
During setup, mount the foam machine, extend the stand to your desired height, and use the 360° rotation to aim the foam output directly at your target zone. Lock it in place and do a test run before the crowd arrives.
Aim Downward Slightly for Maximum Coverage
When the foam machine is elevated on the stand, tilting the output slightly downward lets foam arc over the crowd and fall into the foam zone rather than shooting over everyone's heads. Small angle adjustments make a big difference in coverage.
Pair with the Tripod Cover
The Tripod Cover ($16) slips over the stand to hide cables and tripod legs. For weddings and corporate events, the cover transforms the setup from "industrial equipment" to "professional event production."
