Warranty Coverage

All SurgeFX equipment is protected by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers both parts and labor for repairs performed by SurgeFX or our authorized service partners.

Your warranty remains fully valid when equipment is operated and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines. To ensure uninterrupted coverage:

  • Follow operating instructions — Use your equipment as described in the included documentation
  • Use recommended fluids — SurgeFX machines are optimized for our Mistiq™ and Nebula™ fluid lines; using compatible, high-quality fog fluids ensures optimal performance and longevity
  • Connect to proper power — Verify voltage compatibility and use surge protection where appropriate
  • Perform routine maintenance — Basic cleaning and care as outlined in your product manual
  • Keep your proof of purchase — Your order confirmation email serves as valid documentation

Filing a Warranty Claim

We've designed our warranty process to be straightforward and hassle-free. Most issues can be diagnosed and often resolved through our support team without shipping.

    Reach out via email or phone with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or videos are helpful but not required.
  2. Troubleshoot with our technicians
    Many issues can be resolved with guidance from our team. We'll walk you through diagnostic steps and potential quick fixes.
  3. Ship for repair (if needed)
    If on-site resolution isn't possible, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Package your unit securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
  4. Repair or replacement
    Our technicians will repair your unit and return it promptly. If repair isn't feasible, we'll ship a comparable replacement unit instead.

How do I prove my purchase date?

Your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase. If you've misplaced it, contact us with the email address used for your order and we can look up your purchase history.

Can I transfer my warranty to a new owner?

Yes. SurgeFX warranties transfer with the product. The new owner will need to provide the original proof of purchase, and coverage continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What if I purchased through a retailer?

Products purchased through authorized SurgeFX retailers carry the same warranty coverage. Retain your receipt from the retailer as proof of purchase.

How long do repairs typically take?

Most warranty repairs are completed within 5–7 business days of receiving your unit. We'll provide status updates throughout the process and expedite shipping on the return.

Do consumable parts have any coverage?

Consumable components that wear naturally through normal use (heating elements, seals, filters) are not covered under warranty. However, if a consumable part fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for coverage. Contact support and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. SurgeFX liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or malfunction.

Warranty terms effective January 2025. SurgeFX reserves the right to modify warranty terms for future purchases.
