How does the custom printing process work?
After you place your order, you'll send your logos and artwork to the design team. They'll create a full-color 3D mockup within 24 hours. You get 2 revisions included — once you approve the design proof, the tent goes into production (7–8 business days standard).
What files do I need to provide?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files also work. The design team can work with what you have — just send your logo, brand colors, and any layout preferences.
Can the tent handle foam and water?
Yes. The 600 Denier PVC-lined fabric is 100% waterproof with heat-sealed seams. It's designed for foam party environments where water and foam are part of the setup.
How many people does it take to set up?
1–2 people can set up the canopy and frame in minutes. The frame uses a pop-up mechanism — no tools required. The canopy stays attached to the frame between events for faster setup next time.
Is the tent flameproof?
Yes — 100% flameproof. This meets fire safety requirements for public events, festivals, and venues that require flame certification.
Does this come with walls?

What are the optional add-ons?
The Frame Cover (+$27) protects the aluminum frame during transport and storage. The Pro Roller Bag (+$114) is a heavy-duty wheeled bag with handles designed to hold the frame and canopy for easy transport between events.
Can I rush production?
Yes — rush options are available at checkout: 6 business days (+$120) or 5 business days (+$170). Shipping is 1–5 business days on top of production time.
Maximize Your Valances
The 16" deep valances are your most visible branding surface — they hang at eye level and are visible from a distance. Put your logo, company name, and phone number or website on every valance. Think of them as four-sided billboards.
Plan Your Timeline
Standard turnaround from order to delivery is approximately 10–14 business days (design + production + shipping). If you have a specific event date, order at least 3 weeks in advance. Rush options can tighten this to about 7–10 business days.
Leave the Canopy Attached
After your first setup, the canopy can stay attached to the frame. This means future setups are even faster — just expand the frame, lock the legs, and go. For long-term storage, remove the canopy and store flat to preserve print quality.
Consider a Backdrop
If you want a branded photo wall or staging backdrop behind your foam machine, the Backdrop package adds a full-height custom printed back wall. It's the most popular upgrade from canopy-only.
Always Secure the Frame
For outdoor events, use leg weights or ground stakes to anchor the tent. The 5x5 footprint is compact and lighter than larger tents, so it's more susceptible to wind. Always secure the frame — even in light wind. Weighted bases are critical on hard surfaces where stakes aren't an option.
Keep It Clean
After foam events, rinse the canopy with clean water and let it air dry before packing. The PVC-lined fabric resists foam residue buildup, but regular rinsing extends the life of the print and fabric.
