After you place your order, you'll send your logos and artwork to the design team. They'll create a full-color 3D mockup within 24 hours. You get 2 revisions included — once you approve the design proof, the tent goes into production (7–8 business days standard).
What files do I need to provide?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files also work. The design team can work with what you have — just send your logo, brand colors, and any layout preferences.
Can the tent handle foam and water?
Yes. The 600 Denier PVC-lined fabric is 100% waterproof with heat-sealed seams. It's specifically designed for foam party environments where water and foam are part of the setup.
How many people does it take to set up?

Design for Impact
The back wall doubles as a photo backdrop — design it with your logo centered and clean. Social media tags, hashtags, or QR codes on the half walls can drive engagement. Keep key branding on the valances (16" deep) since they're visible from a distance.
Plan Your Timeline
Standard turnaround from order to delivery is approximately 10–14 business days (design + production + shipping). If you have a specific event date, order at least 3 weeks in advance. Rush options can tighten this to about 7–10 business days.
Maximize the Half Walls
The two half-height side walls create a natural "entry zone" at the front while defining the foam area on the sides. Position them to guide foot traffic — guests enter from the open front while the walls contain foam spray and provide branding on both sides.
Protect Your Investment
The Pro Roller Bag is highly recommended if you're transporting the tent between events regularly. The canopy can stay attached to the frame for quick setup, but for longer-term storage, remove it and store flat to preserve print quality.
Secure in Wind
For outdoor events, use leg weights or staking to anchor the tent. The 5x5 footprint is compact and lighter than larger tents, so always secure the frame — even in light wind. Weighted bases are especially important on hard surfaces where stakes aren't an option.
Keep It Clean
After foam events, rinse the canopy and walls with clean water and let them air dry before packing. The PVC-lined fabric resists foam residue buildup, but regular rinsing extends the life of the print and fabric.
